Concrete overlays are an alternative to breaking out and replacing an existing concrete slab, which can be very expensive as well as disruptive, time-consuming and very messy. With an Polymer Modified Cement Overlay you can give a worn, lackluster concrete surface a beautiful decorative makeover or even restore it to like-new condition at a fraction of the cost or replacing a concrete slab.

Polymer-modified overlays are ideal for:

• Adding patterns, textures, and colors to any exterior concrete slab, including patios, pool decks, driveways, and sidewalks. We use specialist techniques and tools, to precisely replicate the look and feel of natural stone, brick, tile, or slate.
• Resurfacing interior floors, including those previously covered with linoleum tile or carpeting (after removal of all residual mastic). With the use of stains or dyes, it’s possible to create artistic and colorful graphic designs, logos, or stenciled patterns.
